  • - More than twenty years of experience in pharmaceutical research. 7 Years of them as R&D Manager at Joswe Pharmaceutical Company (fast growing company) and being responsible for the development of their pipeline.
  • - Good knowledge and experience of analytical methods development, validation, pre-formulation, stability testing, and scaling up of products.
  • - Good knowledge and experience of regulatory filing including CTD dossier preparation and response to regulatory inquiries.
  • - Good knowledge of Intellectual Property Rights issues related to formulation and registration processes.
  • - Good knowledge of pharmacokinetics related to drug development and conduction of bioequivalence studies, with solid experience in monitoring and auditing of bioequivalence studies and CRO’s.
  • - Good knowledge and experience in cGMP and on-site inspection.
  • - Member of Jordanian Food and Drug Administration committees for quality control and site inspection/approval.
  • - Author and co-author in several publications in reputable pharmaceutical journals.

Preparing and implementing the marketing plan in Jordan for the preparations
Cooperating with the marketing teams of agents in the export and local markets by providing them with the necessary training to achieve sales targets
Building a marketing plan appropriate to the sales targets and coordinating with the sales team to provide the necessary scientific support

Continuously following up on the performance of the marketed product, preparing marketing messages periodically and training representatives on how to use them during their field visits

Coordinating with the sales department for joint field visits aimed at ensuring that information is fully communicated to doctors in addition to taking their opinion on any new preparations
