B.Sc. Pharmacy, M.Sc. Pharmaceutical technology with focused research on transdermal drug delivery system and drug release from sustained release matrices.

  • - More than twenty years of experience in pharmaceutical research. 7 Years of them as R&D Manager at Joswe Pharmaceutical Company (fast growing company) and being responsible for the development of their pipeline.
  • - Good knowledge and experience of analytical methods development, validation, pre-formulation, stability testing, and scaling up of products.
  • - Good knowledge and experience of regulatory filing including CTD dossier preparation and response to regulatory inquiries.
  • - Good knowledge of Intellectual Property Rights issues related to formulation and registration processes.
  • - Good knowledge of pharmacokinetics related to drug development and conduction of bioequivalence studies, with solid experience in monitoring and auditing of bioequivalence studies and CRO’s.
  • - Good knowledge and experience in cGMP and on-site inspection.
  • - Member of Jordanian Food and Drug Administration committees for quality control and site inspection/approval.

- Over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical field of sales and marketing, and as a country manager in more than one country in MENA region at Hikma Pharmaceuticals, alongside with extensive knowledge and experience in tender business both locally and in the MENA.

- A board member at Sana Pharma with too many fields in strategic work intervention.

Extensive experience in pharmaceutical field including business development , sales and marketing with high ability to Manage Sana Pharma business including and not limited to:

- Overseeing daily business operations.

- Developing and implementing growth strategies.

- Managing budgets in a way to achieve high profit with the lowest cost.

- Dealing with Shareholders, Stakeholders and other parties who are related to Company's progress.

- Insuring the attainment of local and regional sales goals and objectives.

- Supervise the implementation and improvement of Internal policies including Compliance and commitment to rules and regulations.

- Evaluating performance and productivity based on the predetermined KPIs.

- Analyzing accounting and financial data.

- Researching and identifying growth opportunities.

- Providing solutions to daily and long-term issues.

- Performing regular Assessment to the situation of company and selecting areas of development.

- Supervising the following departments: Business Development, Regulatory Affairs, Sales and Marketing, Quality Assurance, Production, Warehouses, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, QPPV, Compliance.

- Establishing territories strategic sales goals and building up sales target.

- Responsible person of the pipeline and current products of Biotechnology including in-licensing, registration, sales and marketing of these products in both private and tender markets.

- Responsible person for tenders participation, including pricing, strategic tenders plans, products selection, competitors analysis.

- Providing board of directors with regular sales reports including performance against competitors.

- Managing new and existing projects including commercial terms, contracts terms negotiation and costing.

- Managing cooperation with sales agents in local and export markets in terms of current business and further future business growth.

- Managing sales and marketing teams in Jordan.

- Developing the pipeline of company to match market trend and potential products which have strong clinical evidences and expected high sales which is compatible to business models of the company.

- Implementing business plans in Jordan and Export markets (Iraq, Romania, KSA, UAE,, Qatar, Libya, Kuwait, Oman, Russia, Palestine, Sudan, Yemen, Lebanon, Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt).

Planning and coordinating the launch of new products in Jordan and all export markets of the company
Preparing and implementing the marketing plan in Jordan for the preparations
Cooperating with the marketing teams of agents in the export and local markets by providing them with the necessary training to achieve sales targets
Building a marketing plan appropriate to the sales targets and coordinating with the sales team to provide the necessary scientific support
Monitoring, managing, and planning social media.
Continuously following up on the performance of the marketed product, preparing marketing messages periodically and training representatives on how to use them during their field visits
Establishing an effective and influential sales and distribution team through training on working in the market.
Keeping up with scientific and practical developments and providing the necessary training for the sales team regarding the latest developments in global studies
Coordinating with the sales department for joint field visits aimed at ensuring that information is fully communicated to doctors in addition to taking their opinion on any new preparations
